The first day of Autumn. Yayy!! It’s been a really hot summer here in Brisbane which just drains the energy from you some days so I’m looking forward to the weather becoming a little cooler. However, the hot weather has welcomed plenty of opportunities for cold desserts – especially when they’re ice-cream based.
I found this recipe for Chocolate Crackle and Ice-Cream Loaf. It’s easy and it’s something that can be prepared and left in the freezer, either for guests or just as a treat for yourself. There are only 4 ingredients – ice-cream, butter, chocolate and rice bubbles.
